Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I purchased it?

sales are not something we will do much we beleive in always giving you the best value we can but when we do have sales we will let people know in advance so no one feels left out.

What is your return policy for sale items?

we will stand behind our work always. If our work failed on you meaning a stitch became undone after a while and you want a replacement, let us know via emial dm or the website chat. we will give you a replacement of your liking of the same or lesser value after we receive your returned item. the only reason i want to see the item that failed is so that my wife and i can look at it and find where and how it went wrong and we can improve our craft.

Does Beltran Co have more than one branch?

kind of I like to see Beltran Co as the main trunk of a tree, id like to grow and expand this company currently makes "B. Hanks" am also on youtube as a reviewer called Carlos EDC and the Carlos Beltran podcast.
